Banita Sandhu Biography:
Banita Sandhu is a Welsh actress who has made a name for herself in Indian cinema. Sandhu was born on June 22, 1997, and raised in Caerleon, Wales. Her parents were first-generation British Indian Sikhs. At a young age, Sandhu appeared in advertisements for Wrigley’s Doublemint and Vodafone India.
Sandhu’s first feature film was October in 2018, where she acted alongside Varun Dhawan. She also appeared in the American TV series Painting Humanity and Pandora. In 2019, she debuted in the Tamil-language film Adithya Varma.
Sandhu has appeared in several films including the Hindi-language movie “Sardar Udham Singh” and the British production “Mother Teresa & Me”. She acted in the Bollywood film “Detective Sherdil” in 2023 and is also set to make her debut in Tollywood with the upcoming movie “Goodachari 2” in 2024.
