Dhanvi is the daughter of Telugu serial actor Vijay Reddy, who got famous with serials like Mogali Rekulu and Sravana Sameeralu. She is also a professional Kuchipudi dancer.
Dhanvi started her acting career in the Telugu Television serial Industry as a child artist and acted in various serials like Rama Seetha. She next acted in various super hit movies like Oka Laila Kosam, Diksuhi, Rakshasi, Hit, Paagal, Bangar Raju, etc.
