Gully Boy Riyaz Biography:
Gully Boy Riyaz is a Telugu Film Actor and Comedian, who gained fame with Adirindi and Jabardasth shows. He was born and Bought up in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Riyaz was born in a middle-class family, his father and elder brother used to earn money. But due to some disease, his brother died, then Riyaz left his studies and started a Tea shop. During this time, near his shop, a movie shooting is happening, Riyaz went to see the cinema shooting.
That movie director saw Riyaz and asked him whether he can act & say dialogue. Riyaz replied that he can but want some time after a few minutes Riyaz told the dialogue without lag and the director asked him to join the shoot tomorrow.
In that way, Riyaz faced the camera for the first time and interesting Riyaz don’t know the name of the movie. Two months later, Riyaz got a call from the same director for a character in his next movie. Then, Riyaz moved to Hyderabad.
Initially, Riyaz struggled a lot, he used to serve Tea and clean the surroundings at the shooting locations. During this time, Riyaz meets Saddam and asked for an opportunity. At the same time, Saddam was doing Manavoori Pandavulu movie and Saddam showed Riyaz photos to director Saketh Vegi.
Immediately, Saketh Vegi who is also a writer of that movie, liked Riyaz and penned a new character for him in that movie. During this time, Riyaz learned how to act and behave in front of the camera. This happened in 2018 but the movie was released in 2021.
After shooting this movie, Riyaz face financial problems again and went back to Nellore. Riyaz then started a Youtube channel ‘Nellore Prank Star’ and gained popularity. In 2019, Riyaz then received a call from Saddam to come to Hyderabad to work with him for the Adirindi show.
Since then, Riyaz started working long with Saddam on Television programs and comedy shows like Bomma Adirindi, Comedy Stars, Jabardasth, etc. With his performance, Riyaz became famous as Adirindi Riyaz, Gully Boy Riyaz.
In between, Riyaz also acted in a few movies like Krack, Dasara, etc. On 2nd June 2022, Riyaz married Nazira in a traditional manner in Nellore.
