Maneesha KS (Maneesha K. Subrahmaniam) is a Malayalam Actress, Playback singer, Dubbing Artist, Radio jockey and Anchor. She was born on Saturday 29th April 1978 in Perambra, Thrissur, Kerala, India.
Maneesha’s father name is Kandan Subrahmaniam (Late) and her mother Prakashini is a doctor. She has three siblings, an elder sister Nadasha K Subrahmaniam and two younger brothers Aidith K Subrahmaniam and Vidyuth K Subrahmaniam.
Maneesha got married to Sheen George, who is a musician and the couple has two children Nithin and Neerada. Later, Maneesha and Sheen George got divorced.
Maneesha did her schooling at St. Augustine’s Girls High School in Muvattupuzha and then did a pre-degree at MarThoma College For Women in Perumbavoor. Later, Maneesha did her graduation from Vimala College in Thrissur.
After her studies, Maneesha went to Dubai and started her career as Radio Jockey. During the same time, Maneesha started her singing career and used to sing songs for East Coast Vijayan and KPK Vengara. After working for 11 years, She then return back to India and worked at All India Radio in Thrissur.
In 2005, Maneesha started her acting career in Malayalam Film Industry with the Thanmathra movie. Since then, Maneesha acted in more than 17 films such as Rasatantram, Ennum Eppozhum, etc.
At the same time, Maneesha also acted in a few serials like Thatteem Mutteem, Pookkalam Varavayi, Ente Maathavu, etc. In 2023, Maneesha KS participated in the famous reality show ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam 5‘.
