Manya Singh Biography:
Manya Singh is an Indian Model from India. She won VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 1st runner-Up title. She was born in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, and bought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Manya did her schooling in S. M. Lohia High School, Mumbai and then finished her Graduation at Thakur College of Science & Commerce in Mumbai.
Manya’s father Omprakash Singh is a Rickshaw Driver and her mother Manorama Singh works at a parlour. She also has a younger brother. She was born in a middle-class family and faced lots of problems to survive and fulfilling basic needs such as food, shelter, and clothes.
Along with this, Manya also faces domestic violence and patriarchal culture. Due to the lack of money, She could not attend her schooling from class 3 to 8. At the age of 14, Manya decided to escape her home & started working to clean utensils of Pizza Hut in Mumbai due to which she bear her own expenses in this way she continued her studies.
Despite these problems, Manya was a bright student & scored 80% in her 10th standard. During her college studies, she also worked at a call center to pay her fees on time and to fulfill her expenses.
Due to her passion for modeling, she learned modeling skills. She then gave auditions for a beauty pageant in Campus Princess many times but not clear the 1st round. But she didn’t give up and applied for famous fashion shows like Times Fashion Week and Lakme Fashion Week.
She also promoted beauty products through her Instagram page and collaborated with Sephora and Staunch India. During this time, Manya got the chance to feature in commercial ads as a model and worked for the Jewelers Ahilya Fine Silver Jewels.
In 2020, Manya was crowned Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2020. Later, Manya represented Uttar Pradesh in a contest of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020 and was declared as the 1st Runner-Up in the competition. In 2022, Manya participated in the famous reality show ‘Bigg Boss 16’.
