After completing schooling, Mihika did her intermediate at Gautam Rishi Inter College, Agra, and then did her graduation at Smt. Bhudevi P.G College in Agra.
At a very young age, Mihika started her career in modeling. In 2018, Mihika moved to Mumbai and started doing theatre & acting working shops.
Mihika next appeared in a few music videos like Idhar Dekho, Boond Boond, etc. In 2022, Mihika started her acting career in the Hindi Film Industry with the ‘Dear Dia’ movie.
