Sobha Viswanath is an Indian Fashion Designer, Social Entrepreneur, Artist, and Activist from Kerala. Shobha is Kerala’s First Pinkathon ambassador and she was born and bought up in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

In 2012, Sobha started her business in handlooms and opened a store ‘ Weaver’s Village’. She has grown her business by miles and become one of the most established women Entrepreneurs in Kerala.

Sobha Viswanath Controversy:

As per a report in Times of India, On 31 January 2021, Sobha Viswanath was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau, as 480 grams of Ganja found in her cloth store in Thiruvananthapuram.

She then wrote a letter to the Chief Minister of Kerala and DGP, requesting them to help. Later in the investigation, it was revealed that is was framed by Shoba’s male friend who was reportedly stalking her, for rejecting his marriage proposal.
