Sruthi Lakshmi aka Sruthi Rose is an Indian Film and Television Actress, who mainly works in the Malayalam and Tamil languages. She was born on Saturday, 8th September 1990 in Kannur, Kerala, India.
Sruthi is the daughter of actress Lissy Rose and she has a younger sister Sreelaya, who is also an actress. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. In 2000, Sruthi started her acting career in Malayalam Film Industry as a child artist with the Varnakkazhchakal movie.
She then acted in a few movies like Kharaaksharangal, Swayamvara Panthal, Swarna Medal, and Maanikyan. During this time, Sruthi also acted in a few serials like Nizhalukal, Nakshathrangal, Chitralekha, and Detective Anand. Later, Sruthi acted in more than 30 films in the Malayalam language.
In 2016, Sruthi made her debut as a Lead actress with the Pokkuveyil serial on the flowers tv channel. She next acted in various serials like Avaril Oraal, Thenum Vayambum, and Kathayariyathe.
She next made her debut in Tamil Television Industry with the Nee Varuvai Ena serial and then acted in the Namma Madurai Sisters serial. In 2023, She participated in the famous reality show ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam 5‘.
