Vaishnavi Kovvuri (Telugu Indian Idol 2022) is a Playback Singer from Telangana. She was born and bought up in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Since her childhood, at the age of 5, She was interested in singing and started her singing training at music teacher Ramachari. She then trained at music teacher Sunada. Currently, She was training at Pardha Saradhi, Kalpana, and Nitya Santhoshini.
In 2017, She participated in the Padutha Theeyaga series 13 and ended as 2nd Runner Up. She next participated in the Tamil Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Season 2 in 2019.
In 2020, She participated in the Super Singer Junior Season 7 and the show was temporarily stopped and then canceled by the channel due to the COVID-19 break-out.
In 2021, She debut in Telugu Film Industry with the ‘Alludu Adhurs’ title song from the ‘Alludu Adhurs’ movie. In 2022, She participated in the first season of ‘Telugu Indian Idol’ on Aha.
During this time, music director SS Thaman, one of the judges on Telugu Indian Idol got impressed with her singing talent and gave her a chance to sing in the Bheemla Nayak movie. She then sang the ‘Bheemla Back on Duty’ song from the Bheemla Nayak movie.
