His father Prabhakara Rao, is an Inspector General of Police, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. On 9 December 2020, He married Niharika Konidela at Udaipur’s Oberoi Udaivilas.
Chaitanya did his schooling at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad and then an undergraduate degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Hyderabad.
He then finished his postgraduate from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He next started his internship at Regency Ceramics, Yanam. In 2011, he joined Surya Ray Elixirs Pvt Ltd, as a corporate relations executive.
Chaitanya next joined GMR Group as a project intern and worked for three months. Later, he worked with Blaze Automation, ProcessWeaver Inc, and KPMG in Hyderabad. In 2018, He started his own company ‘The Hurricanes’. A year later, he started working at Tech Mahindra, Hyderabad.
