Arjun Lal Jat is an Indian Rower and He was born on Friday, February 7, 1997, in Nayabas, Churu, Rajasthan, India.
In 2017, Arjun joined in Indian Army. Initially, he had no knowledge about this sport while serving in the Indian Army Bajranglal Takhar introduced him and his rowing partner Arvind Singh to the sport.
In 2018, Arjun and his rowing partner Arvind Singh were selected as reserves by the Rowing Federation of India for the Jakarta Asian Games in Indonesia.
Arjun and Arvind won their first international medal by taking home the Silver medal at the Asian Rowing Championships 2019 in Chungju, South Korea.
At the Asian qualifying event in Tokyo, Japan, Arjun and Arvind Singh finished in the second position and qualified for their Olympic berth in lightweight double sculls at the Tokyo Olympics 2021.
